Award-winning communication: WATERKANT Berlin honoured with two Fox Awards

It’s making headway!
After less than a year, the first topping-out ceremony at WATERKANT can already be celebrated! The first topping-out wreath symbolises the entire future city quarter, for which Gewobag received the DGNB pre-certificate in platinum for sustainability. Together with the district a milestone for sustainable, social and modern urban design was set.
Day of the Little Master Builders
WATERKANT Berlin, together with Senator Katrin Lompscher and District Councillor Frank Bewig, welcomed 300 Berlin children at the largest holiday participation construction site on the tenth Day of the Little Master Builders on July 3, 2019. At numerous stalls supervised by Berlin craftsmen the children were busy working and learning – and the cult figure “Bob the Master Builder” also dropped by.
WATERKANT is making waves
With distinction: WATERKANT Berlin has reached the final of the Immobilienmanager Awards 2019 (Real Estate Manager Award 2019) in the category “Communication”. Clearly, our campaign at the start of the project also made a lot of waves outside of Berlin. So keep your fingers crossed for the award ceremony on 21 February in Cologne.
